Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3–7 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for imported items.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.
• Some promotional products may include free shipping as mentioned on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
However, COD may not be available for:

• High-value orders
• Remote or restricted areas
• Custom or pre-order items

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
If an order is lost in transit, we will:

• Investigate with the courier partner
• Offer a replacement or refund (based on case review)

7. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

8. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

Currently, we mainly ship within Pakistan. If international shipping is available in future (2026 updates), estimated delivery will be 7–20 business days depending on destination.
